News Bloopers of June 2013

A collection of news bloopers from 2013……

blooper, also known as an outtake, gag reel, or boner, is a short sequence of a film or video production, usually a deleted scene, containing a mistake made by a member of the cast or crew. It also refers to an error made during a live radio or TV broadcast or news report, usually in terms of misspoken words or technical errors. The term blooper was popularized in the 1950s in a series of record albums entitled Pardon My Blooper, in which the definition of a blooper is thus given by the record series’ narrator: “Unintended indiscretions before microphone and camera.”

Bloopers are often the subject of television shows or are occasionally revealed during the credit sequence at the end of comedy movies (Jackie Chan and Burt Reynolds are both famous for including such reels with the closing credits of their movies). Humorous mistakes made by athletes are often referred to as bloopers as well, particularly in baseball. Prominent examples of films with bloopers include: Cheaper By the Dozen and Rush Hour. Fake bloopers are in the animation films A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., andValiant.

Breaking news: Brevard County families under fire

The Historic Titusville Courthouse halls of justice or injustice with Judge Moxley holding the reigns at the helm?

There appears to be a rogue element within the Brevard County judicial system and today, May 21, 2013, the Brevard County Sheriff Office was contacted for comments including Melbourne Police Chief Steve Mimbs. Although we are still awaiting a response new information has surfaced today.

After repeated requests through Officer Fernez’s office to speak with Sheriff Wayne Ivey, on the current collusion in Brevard County that victimizes defenseless families, it is still unknown whether the sheriff has been informed of the nature of these crimes. Yvonne Howard, Scarlett Davidson, Shari Jo Wilson, Joseph Culmer and Judge John Moxley appear to have total disregard for the safety of Brevard County’s children and the law.

Judge John Dean Moxley Jr., previously in the news for the death of Mrs. Blanton, took the oath of office to uphold and defend all that is good and decent for the public good among a civilized society, the constitutions. However, it does not appear Moxley is good for his word or his judgement. Is Moxley purposely inciting chaos among the local citizens?

Judge Moxley previously was a chief judge in Brevard County’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. Does Moxley think he is above the law? With a lust for greed and power abusing his position,  is he testing the limits for how much he can get away with? Or has he relied on insiders to help him cover up crimes?

Adoption scandals are at their peak and who will keep check on the security of the nations future, our families and youth, if the judicial system has gone astray of its core value?

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey appears to be in support of the constitutions, as he pledged to defend the second amendment right. The question we all want to know is whether he will also defend families who have been clearly victimized by those individuals so named above.

Sheriff Ivey’s background in law enforcement is inclusive of management, criminal investigations, narcotics, patrol services, public integrity investigations, and corrections. Sheriff Wayne Ivey, prior to being elected in 2012, served the citizens of the State of Florida as a resident agent in charge for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Which means, previous to his election, Ivey was a member of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement who ordered a missing child report be issued by the Brevard County Sheriff Department. Under Jack Parker’s control at that time, the report was issued by the sheriff department due to Melbourne Police Officer’s and specifically Sgt. Shaffer refusing to exercise their duty as the official report states.

Above you can view a copy of what is filed with the Clerk of Courts, an incomplete unsigned document, that in its effect equates a non-legal document being incomplete was used to simulate legal process for the purposes of an illegal private adoption, which was the 3rd action filed, to circumvent numerous previous actions filed by the petitioner Yvonne Howard which is not even named on the above document to violate first, fifth and fourteenth amendment rights including due process. To restrict access to court and prevent the defense, parents, from testifying, presenting witnesses or providing evidence in defense of their family and child.

What is its relevance? The related cases show the intent, as all crimes start with an intent. Just what was the intent? Chapter 63 is the adoption statutes for the State of Florida. See below as case number 05-2010-DR-026801 was only the beginning of what appears to be vexatious and malicious litigation as shown above.

The above was filed previously for the purposes of an illegal adoption and unknown to the parents right under their noses. How? No summons was ever filed for the father.

efacts summons

Although it would appear Yvonne Howard and Attorney Scarlett Davidson were issuing summons for the Mother in effort to appear as legal process, the fact remains clear, by her statement in her petition, that she had no intentions for that summons to ever reach the mother, Christine Pendley, living merely a few blocks away from Yvonne Howard. Yvonne Howard claimed she had no knowledge of where the parents were in her petition and summons despite the fact the mother lived a few blocks away with her ex-husband Bill Howard. Below you can see her statement was sworn under oath.

Apparently perjury is the norm in Judge Moxley’s court room that appears to have become the home for black market child sales and illegal adoptions. These types of criminals statistically cut the child off from all family and friends.   In cases like these it puts severe emotional stress on the child and in fact traumatizes the child. There is no worry in Judge Moxley’s courtroom where illegally dosing the child is OK.
Not only is illegally dosing the child OK but, defrauding medicaid to pay for it while the child is fully insured with military insurance appears to be good in Judge Moxley’s courtroom. Dr. Jeffrey Williamson who was paid cash and credit by Yvonne Howard, the kidnapper, testified to his displeasure with military insurance as he had problems being paid from them, of course not mentioning he has a report with the Florida department of Health for entering ‘bias’ reports in these types of cases.
Why was Dr. Williamson testifying?
Judge Crawford specifically ordered for Dr. Williamson not to do any counseling and to recommend someone else. Jeffrey Williamson testified he ‘chose to do it himself’. However, Judge Maxwell already found the kidnapper, Yvonne Howard, was paying him cash and credit. Why was he not held in contempt of court?
Lets look at that again?

Simulated Legal Process.

No petitioner name? No related cases although it supposedly arrises from a related case?
Previously Judge Moxley stated to the Orlando Sentinel he could not be all knowing in the law and that was his excuse for Allysa Blanton’s death. However, What is his excuse now? When he did know?

Above you see the certified copy of the cover sheet for purposes of an illegal adoption signed by Scarlett Davidson and below you will see Scarlett Davidson telling the Florida Bar it does not exist. The response below Judge Moxley stated on record ‘I’m not noticing anything from the Florida bar’, in a review for adoption purposes.
Let us point out 2 facts on the face of the document above. First, Scarlett Davidson claimed she only wanted temporary custody and no one was attempting to ‘adopt’ the child but, the cover sheet clearly shows it was for a chapter 63 adoption. This means she lied to the Florida bar. Second, Attorney Shari Wilson’s complaint was separate and this shows collusion.
Let us again take a look at Judge Moxley as he claims he didnt have to hear this which was set 2 months prior due to him terminating parental rights. Apparently crimes are OK in Judge Moxley’s courtroom as victims have no redress if he terminates your parental rights which equates acts under color of law. Parental rights have nothing to do with people committing perjury and fabricating evidence. Furthermore, terminating parental rights have no effect on witness tampering and fraud.

Apparently since, Major Walters stated there was no report to investigate and that he had no knowledge until now. However it was discovered officers not only took a report that stated facts already found as fact by a judge but they closed the case before sending it to be investigated. Who is agent Frank Ravenscroft and Corporal Craig Reynolds and why did Officer Tracey Morell seek to conceal the 18 page report in aid of Yvonne Howard and her attorneys?

Governor Scott Signs Bill Banning Texting While Driving

Governor Rick Scott signed SB 52 at Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High School, banning the use of wireless communications devices while driving.

Governor Scott said, “As a father and a grandfather, texting while driving is something that concerns me when my loved ones are on the road. The 100 days between Memorial Day and Labor Day are known as the deadliest days on the road for teenagers. We must do everything we can at the state level to keep our teenagers and everyone on our roads safe.  I cannot think of a better time to officially sign this bill into law.”

The bill signed prohibits a person from manually typing or entering multiple letters, numbers, symbols or other characters into a wireless communications device. This includes text messaging, emailing and instant messaging through smart phones.

Governor Scott was by joined representatives from AT&T, Verizon Communications, The Florida Department of Transportation, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and Miami Children’s Hospital, along with students and teachers from Alonzo Mourning Senior High School who signed their names to pledge to not text while driving.

Senator Nancy Detert said, “I am thrilled that Governor Scott has supported the legislature and signed this bill. Texting while driving is an issue we see on our roads every day, and the distractions it causes has negatively affected too many Floridians. Thanks to the support of the Governor and the Legislature, this new law can now lead the way to making our roads safer for Florida drivers and will help teens to form safe driving habits.”

Representative Doug Holder said, “I am proud to join the Governor today in signing SB 52. Not only will this new law encourage responsible driving, it will teach our youngest drivers to put away their phones and concentrate on the road. This will protect Florida families across the state, which is something we should all be thankful for.”

Marshall Criser, AT&T Florida- State President said, “We applaud Governor Rick Scott for signing this important legislation. Through the commitment of Sen. Nancy Detert and Representative Doug Holder, as well as the Governor and the Legislative leadership, Florida has reinforced the message that texting while driving is a deadly habit. It’s a simple message. No text is worth dying for, It Can Wait.”

Julie Jones, Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director said, “Nothing is so important that it is worth risking your life by sending a text message while behind the wheel of a vehicle. This legislation will help send the message to all drivers that they need to keep their eyes on the road, not on their cell phone.”

Ananth Prasad, Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation said, “The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) applauds Governor Scott for signing legislation to ban texting while driving. This action will be an important step to reduce distracted driving on Florida’s roadways.”

Beth Bailey, Director, Government/Education, Verizon Wireless said, “Verizon is urging to ensuring our customers and all wireless communication device users make responsible decisions behind the wheel; responsible driving should be everyone’s first priority. We are proud to join Gov. Scott and our industry today to stress to drivers of every generation, across the state of Florida, that when you’re behind the wheel it can wait.”

Dr. Narendra Kini, President and CEO of Miami Children’s Hospital said, “As a leader in pediatric care, Miami Children’s Hospital wholeheartedly supports the new law banning texting while driving. Making this activity illegal sends a clear message about the associated dangers and will reduce the number of vehicular traumas in our state, providing a safer environment for our children and for all.”

Anonymous hacker faces 10 years

Jeremy Hammond was convicted of hacking into the website for Stratfor, a private intelligence agency.

Cook County Sheriff’s Department

May 29, 2013, Jeremy Hammond, faces 10 years after pleading guilty in federal court. It would appear Anonymous now has a few faces. Jeremy (Anarchaos) Hammond, who claims to be part of the group Anonymous, specifically admitted to breaking into the site for intelligence firm Stratfor, swiping account info for some 860,000 subscribers and clients.

“I did work with Anonymous to hack Stratfor, among other websites,” Jeremy (Anarchaos) Hammond, 28, said in a message posted online by supporters shortly after he pleaded guilty to hacking in Manhattan federal court.Hammond and others swiped account info for 860,000 subscribers and clients of intelligence firm Stratfor.

Anonymous (used as a mass noun) is a loosely associated network of hacktivists. A website associated with the group describes it as ‘an internet gathering’ with ‘a very loose and decentralized command structure that operates on ideas rather than directives’. The group became known for a series of well-publicized hacks and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on government, religious, and corporate websites.

Anonymous originated in 2003 on the imageboard 4chan, representing the concept of many online and offline community users simultaneously existing as an anarchic, digitized global brain. The group is also associated with the satirical open wiki Encyclopedia Dramatica. Anonymous members (known as “Anons”) can be distinguished in public by the wearing of stylised Guy Fawkes masks.

In its early form, the concept was adopted by a decentralized online community acting anonymously in a coordinated manner, usually toward a loosely self-agreed goal, and primarily focused on entertainment, or ‘lulz’. Beginning with 2008’s Project Chanology—a series of protests, pranks, and hacks targeting the Church of Scientology—the Anonymous collective became increasingly associated with collaborative, international hacktivism. Anons undertook protests and other actions in retaliation against anti-digital piracy campaigns by motion picture and recording industry trade associations. Later targets of Anonymous hacktivism included government agencies of the US, Israel, Tunisia, Uganda, and others; child pornography sites; copyright protection agencies; the Westboro Baptist Church; and corporations such as PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Sony. Anons have publicly supported WikiLeaks and the Occupy movement. Related groups LulzSec and Operation AntiSec carried out cyber attacks on US government agencies, media, video game companies, military contractors, military personnel, and police officers.

Dozens of people have been arrested for involvement in Anonymous cyber attacks, in countries including the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, and Turkey. Evaluations of the group’s actions and effectiveness vary widely. Supporters have called the group ‘freedom fighters’ and digital Robin Hoods while critics have described them as ‘a cyber lynch-mob’ or ‘cyber terrorists’. In 2012, Time called Anonymous one of the ‘100 most influential people’ in the world.

President Obama and Co. are in full deniability mode, noting that the IRS is an “independent” agency and that they knew nothing about its abuse. The media and Congress are sleuthing for some hint that Mr. Obama picked up the phone and sicced the tax dogs on his enemies. ~WSJ

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Sunday said the IRS scandal is threatening President Obama’s ability to lead the country. Paul, appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” said that the IRS and other recent controversies “really takes away from the president’s moral authority to lead the nation.” ~The Hill

How deep does the this scandal go? The IRS singled out groups and individuals who wanted to ‘make America a better place’. Now it would appear the IRS has been singled out for this gross misuse of power but, what else do revenue offices have lingering in their closet of skeletons?

On January 6, 2005 an article was printed ondrugfree.org under the term join together. Under a new law that took effect Jan. 1 inTennessee, drug dealers will be required to pay excise taxes on illegal substances, including marijuana, cocaine, moonshine, and unlawfully obtained prescription painkillers, the Elizabethton Star reported Jan. 2.

The Tennessee law reportedly was modeled after a 14-year-old law in North Carolina, under which the state had collected $83 million since its inception at that time. At least 22 other states tax illegal drugs and according to the Tennessee Department of Revenue, a 10-person tax agency was created to collect the tax from drug dealers who go to any of the state revenue offices within 48 hours of coming into possession of illegal drugs. When the dealers pay the tax, they receive a stamp to show the tax has been paid. The dealer is not required to provide any identifying information. In addition, it is said that state tax collectors were prohibited by privacy laws from reporting drug dealers to police. This ‘stamp of approval’ appears to put them in a light of violating title 18 section 3 of the United States Code.

Monies collected from the tax will go to the law-enforcement agency making the drug bust, as well as the state’s general fund.

What is wrong with this picture? Bribery is an act of giving money or gift giving that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty. As noted above the tax monies go to local government and law enforcement agencies while no one reports the illegal activities.

Title 18 USC § 3 states: an accessory after the fact is whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

It appears in Linden Tennessee Mandy C. Deprato and Sonya Deprato have used Tennessee state assistance to purchase drugs from a local drug dealer. If that local drug dealer pays taxes on those drugs then federal funds dispersed for application to citizens can then be used for application to the state and law enforcement agencies.

Despite Mandy C. Deprato testifying under oath to her drug use and the use of state funds to buy those drugs, Linden Sheriffs have turned their heads to look away upon her abducting 2 children, and have left those 2 children alone with known drug users. The Tennessee Governor has yet to respond for comments and the local sheriff department deputy refused to enforce a child return court order.

It would appear in Linden Tennessee it is perfectly legal to defraud the government for funding, do illegal drugs, distribute illegal drugs, abduct children, harbor abducted children and participate in acts under color of law as long as you pay your taxes.

Our question is, Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam, just what is going on in Linden Tennessee and do you approve of these actions?
