NSA GATE: What some are calling the Water Gate of today

In today’s world there are many software suites to protect the privacy of Americans but nothing could have prepared Americans for the alarming discovery that surfaced recently. PRISM a top secret program designed to spy on the mass population of Americans in the name of national security.

The NSA says that PRISM’s all about keeping you safe from potential terrorist attacks, but nevertheless it’s not quite right that people’s privacy counts for nothing.

The continuous debates over domestic issues like immigration, education, the economy, privacy and healthcare reveal what most of us already know: America is divided politically and economically. Scandal after scandal Americans are now full of questions of which some still go without answer. Barring a bold solution from national leaders, America will continue to move forward without a long term plan to rebuild communities and create the social cohesion and national unity that is critical to U.S. national security.

So what about those questions? Is it divide and conquer or the magician’s slide of hand? Has America lost it’s way? As the old saying goes only those who keep their eye on the prize succeed and in America the prize is freedom. Shall the timeless pursuit of life, liberty and happiness continue its quest or vanish as a vivid dream just out of reach among the American people tomorrow?

Distraction is the divided attention of an individual or group from the chosen object of attention onto the source of distraction. Distraction is caused by: the lack of ability to pay attention; lack of interest in the object of attention; or the great intensity, novelty or attractiveness of something other than the object of attention. Distractions come from both external sources, and internal sources.

Divide and conquer is an approach to a problem or task, attempting to achieve an objective by breaking it into smaller parts. Often it is used to separate a force that would be stronger if united, or to cause confusion among rival factions. Divide and conquer has applications in many areas, from political science to economic and military strategy.

America’s greatest defense appears to have been forgotten in the present condition of the union. One can only remember this fact when realizing that each state of the ‘union’ is a separate nation at home but together those separate states are united as one to the world. In fact this nations national security starts right here at home with America’s unity a phrase coined long ago as ‘united we stand divided we fall.’ The strategy of dividing and conquering one’s foes is ancient. Ancient Roman emperor Julius Cesar successfully used it thousands of years ago. The application of the strategy in controlling one’s own people – divide and rule – has been used for just as long.

Elements of this technique involve:

  • creating or encouraging divisions among the subjects to prevent alliances that could challenge the sovereign
  • aiding and promoting those who are willing to cooperate with the sovereign
  • fostering distrust and enmity between local rulers
  • encouraging meaningless expenditures that reduce the capability for political and military spending
  • Historically, this strategy was used in many different ways by empires seeking to expand their territories.

Why is history important? Many of this America’s youth have little account to the reasons ‘why’ history is important due to the frenzy filtering out history in our local public schools for the sake of ‘political correctness.’

In politics and sociology, divide and rule (or divide and conquer) (derived from Greek: διαίρει καὶ βασίλευε, diaírei kaì basíleue) is gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into chunks that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy. The concept refers to a strategy that breaks up existing power structures and prevents smaller power groups from linking up.

The maxims divide et impera and divide ut regnes were utilized by the Roman ruler Caesar and the French emperor Napoleon. The example of Gabinius exists, parting the Jewish nation into five conventions, reported by Flavius Josephus in Book I, 169-170 of The Wars of the Jews (De bello Judaico). Strabo also reports in Geography, 8.7.3 that the Achaean League was gradually dissolved under the Roman possession of the whole of Macedonia, owing to them not dealing with the several states in the same way, but wishing to preserve some and to destroy others.

Indeed – even though the Founding Fathers warned us against the danger of a two-party system to divide the nation – left-right partisan divisions have successfully been deployed to distract and weaken the American people for centuries.

As prime minister Churchill once said that he hoped that the tension between Hindus and Muslims would remain a bulwark of British rule in India it would appear such is the way of American politicians, local governments and the people today.

Shall we review all the replacements due to scandals? Ever feel like the government has been replaced? Is the government being systematically replaced?

Secret service:

President Barack Obama chose veteran agent Julia Pierson as Secret Service director. Pierson will replaced Mark Sullivan, who retired in February and was in charge during the Colombia scandal – one of the worst in the agency’s history. Was the scandal a distraction?

‘Julia is eminently qualified to lead the agency that not only safeguards Americans at major events and secures our financial system, but also protects our leaders and our first families, including my own,’ Obama said in a statement.

Federal Bureau of Investigation: 

President Barack Obama intends to nominate former deputy attorney general James Comey to succeed Robert Mueller as FBI Director, sources familiar with the decision told NBC News on Wednesday. Comey, a Republican who served under President George W. Bush, would take over after Mueller steps down in September. Could this be another magicians slide of hand trick. out with one in with another.

Mueller, who has previously made public his long-term plans to step down in the coming months, has spent 12 years as head of the FBI. He has recently faced some scrutiny over the agency’s failure to more thoroughly investigate Boston bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev after being alerted by foreign agencies. Mueller took over the FBI just one week before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. Was the scandal a distraction?

National Security Agency:

Susan Rice will step into the security adviser’s role when Donilon leaves in July, Obama said. Obama said he is ‘absolutely thrilled’ to have Rice on his White House team.

For Rice — a longtime Obama ally and close confidante of the president — the appointment is a bit of redemption after she was forced to withdraw from consideration as Obama’s second-term secretary of State amid criticism of her handling of the Benghazi attacks. Rice said at the time that she did not want her confirmation hearing to become a distraction for the White House. The national security post does not require Senate confirmation.

Rice, who first started working for Obama during his 2008 presidential campaign, has a close relationship with the president and many of his advisers. Her long-standing ties to Obama are expected to afford her significant influence within the White House.

The 48-year-old also served in various national security positions during the Clinton administration, including in key roles on peacekeeping and African affairs. Her world view is said to have been shaped by Clinton’s decision to not intervene in the Rwandan genocide, a move Rice said later deeply affected her.

Ambassador Christopher Stevens was in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012, the day he died in a terrorist attack, because Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ordered him there, according to an exclusive statement given to WND by the attorney representing Gregory Hicks, the former State Department deputy chief of mission and chargé d’affairs who was in Libya at the time of the attack.

Hicks’ attorney also charged the Accountability Review Board, or ARB, headed by Ambassador Thomas Pickering and Admiral Michael Mullen, was a cover-up designed to contain blame for the Benghazi terror attack at a level below Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the State Department.

Is Obama paying off Susan Rice with her appointment to the NSA? Was the PRISM scandal a distraction?

Federal Judges:

As of June 13, 2013, 197 Obama nominees to Article III judgeships have been confirmed by the United States Senate, namely two Justices to the Supreme Court of the United States, 36 judges to the United States courts of appeals and 157 judges to the United States district courts. 29 further nominations are currently awaiting Senate action.

Obama has also made two appointments to the United States Court of International Trade, an Article III tribunal, and three appointments to the United States Tax Court. In addition, Obama has also made two nominations to the United States Court of Federal Claims, along with designating sitting judge Emily C. Hewitt of the United States Court of Federal Claims, an Article I court, to be Chief Judge of that court.

President Obama will soon accelerate his efforts to put a lasting imprint on the country’s judiciary by simultaneously nominating three judges to an important federal court, a move that is certain to unleash fierce Republican opposition and could rekindle a broader partisan struggle over Senate rules. ~Washington Post May 27, 2013

Congress:

“President Obama is again abusing his power by imposing his policies via executive fiat instead of allowing them to be debated in Congress,” said Florida Senator Marco Rubio, in a statement released after Obama’s announcement. “President Obama’s frustration with our republic and the way it works doesn’t give him license to ignore the Constitution.”

President Obama told a Latino rights group that he wished he could “bypass” Congress in order to get things done in July of 2011. “There are times where — until Nancy Pelosi is speaker again — I’d like to work my way around Congress” Obama told the group.

It brings new meaning to the “Yes you can!” chant after he made the comments the first time.

In summation NSA Gate has been much like the Water Gate of today. Some are abandoning the system.

PRISM Detoxification:

 

When news of the NSAgate surfaced, big tech names were stringed as accomplices.  Some of the giants mentioned were Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Verizon and Yahoo! Others, such as Dropbox, soon followed.

There are ways to dodge the government’s watchful eye, but you need to be prepared to purge services from the aforementioned companies out of your system.  It’s hard, but it can be done.  You won’t have to go offline if that’s what you’re worried about.  You just need to replace the allegedly compromised services with something more secured.

PRISM Break:

Twitter user and self-proclaimed digital nomad Peng Zhong was quick to come up with a site that provides a list of alternatives to the compromised tools and services.  The site is dubbed PRISM Break, a name that might remind you of the popular TV show Prison Break — suitable because if you’re addicted to said services, it will feel like breaking out of their shackles when you transition to other services that were previously unfamiliar.

So what services can you use to purge yourself from Facebook, Google Chrome, Gmail, and others that are said to have backdoors easily accessible to the government?

 

Browser:

It may be hard to believe but Mozilla is not a part of the whole data mining and spying scandal.  To prove this, the company has teamed up with Reddit, the Electronic Freedom Foundation, the Internet Archive, and others who launched the online petition StopWatching.Us that demands “a full accounting of the extent to which our online data, communications and interactions are being monitored.”  Mozilla also has a range of add-ons that protect users, such as DoNotTrackMe, Google Privacy, Privacy Protector and many others.

GNUzilla and IceCat

These two are the GNU versions of Mozilla and Firefox, hence the names, and both are free software, unlike Mozilla, which offers free software but paid add-ons.  GNU IceCat provides security by blocking cookies from sites hosting zero-length image files, and when a user is being redirected to sites that spy, IceCat alerts the user of this.  These are just some of the security benefits of IceCat.

Tor Browser Bundle

The Tor Browser Bundle may be the best browser for you if you do not want to leave any tracks behind.  When you download TBB, you can choose to save the file either on your computer or a USB stick, then follow the instructions found here to run the program and make sure your web browsing is secure from prying eyes.

This email service provides private email accounts with no ads and unlimited email aliases. The problem is if you’re used to using free email services, you might back out of this one as it costs $35 a year for the premium version that offers 1GB of space and $50 a year for 10GB of storage with IMAP/POP.

Rise.net

Rise.net provides secure and private email accounts accessible via the web, shell, IMAP, or POP. It scans all mail for viruses and provides three layers of defense against spam.  The problem with this is that it’s invite only (like when GMail first got started), and has a 25 megabyte quota that can increase over time.

Diaspora*

This open source, community based social networking service lets you grab the code and host your data wherever you want.  It features hashtags, reshare, mentions, love (similar to Facebook’s Like), and sharing content to only a few people or certain groups. If you can’t completely abandon the other services, you can link your Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr accounts to Diaspora*.

GNU Social

GNU Social is a decentralized social network that allows you to install in on your own server so you can control the amount of information you want to share with others on other sites.

Movim

There appears to be a rogue element within the Brevard County judicial system and today, May 21, 2013, the Brevard County Sheriff Office was contacted for comments including Melbourne Police Chief Steve Mimbs. Although we are still awaiting a response new information has surfaced today.

After repeated requests through Officer Fernez’s office to speak with Sheriff Wayne Ivey, on the current collusion in Brevard County that victimizes defenseless families, it is still unknown whether the sheriff has been informed of the nature of these crimes. Yvonne Howard, Scarlett Davidson, Shari Jo Wilson, Joseph Culmer and Judge John Moxley appear to have total disregard for the safety of Brevard County’s children and the law.

Judge John Dean Moxley Jr., previously in the news for the death of Mrs. Blanton, took the oath of office to uphold and defend all that is good and decent for the public good among a civilized society, the constitutions. However, it does not appear Moxley is good for his word or his judgement. Is Moxley purposely inciting chaos among the local citizens?

Judge Moxley previously was a chief judge in Brevard County’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. Does Moxley think he is above the law? With a lust for greed and power abusing his position,  is he testing the limits for how much he can get away with? Or has he relied on insiders to help him cover up crimes?

Adoption scandals are at their peak and who will keep check on the security of the nations future, our families and youth, if the judicial system has gone astray of its core value?

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey appears to be in support of the constitutions, as he pledged to defend the second amendment right. The question we all want to know is whether he will also defend families who have been clearly victimized by those individuals so named above.

Sheriff Ivey’s background in law enforcement is inclusive of management, criminal investigations, narcotics, patrol services, public integrity investigations, and corrections. Sheriff Wayne Ivey, prior to being elected in 2012, served the citizens of the State of Florida as a resident agent in charge for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Which means, previous to his election, Ivey was a member of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement who ordered a missing child report be issued by the Brevard County Sheriff Department. Under Jack Parker’s control at that time, the report was issued by the sheriff department due to Melbourne Police Officer’s and specifically Sgt. Shaffer refusing to exercise their duty as the official report states.

Above you can view a copy of what is filed with the Clerk of Courts, an incomplete unsigned document, that in its effect equates a non-legal document being incomplete was used to simulate legal process for the purposes of an illegal private adoption, which was the 3rd action filed, to circumvent numerous previous actions filed by the petitioner Yvonne Howard which is not even named on the above document to violate first, fifth and fourteenth amendment rights including due process. To restrict access to court and prevent the defense, parents, from testifying, presenting witnesses or providing evidence in defense of their family and child.

What is its relevance? The related cases show the intent, as all crimes start with an intent. Just what was the intent? Chapter 63 is the adoption statutes for the State of Florida. See below as case number 05-2010-DR-026801 was only the beginning of what appears to be vexatious and malicious litigation as shown above.

The above was filed previously for the purposes of an illegal adoption and unknown to the parents right under their noses. How? No summons was ever filed for the father.

Although it would appear Yvonne Howard and Attorney Scarlett Davidson were issuing summons for the Mother in effort to appear as legal process, the fact remains clear, by her statement in her petition, that she had no intentions for that summons to ever reach the mother, Christine Pendley, living merely a few blocks away from Yvonne Howard. Yvonne Howard claimed she had no knowledge of where the parents were in her petition and summons despite the fact the mother lived a few blocks away with her ex-husband Bill Howard. Below you can see her statement was sworn under oath.

Apparently perjury is the norm in Judge Moxley’s court room that appears to have become the home for black market child sales and illegal adoptions. These types of criminals statistically cut the child off from all family and friends.   In cases like these it puts severe emotional stress on the child and in fact traumatizes the child. There is no worry in Judge Moxley’s courtroom where illegally dosing the child is OK.
Not only is illegally dosing the child OK but, defrauding medicaid to pay for it while the child is fully insured with military insurance appears to be good in Judge Moxley’s courtroom. Dr. Jeffrey Williamson who was paid cash and credit by Yvonne Howard, the kidnapper, testified to his displeasure with military insurance as he had problems being paid from them, of course not mentioning he has a report with the Florida department of Health for entering ‘bias’ reports in these types of cases.
Why was Dr. Williamson testifying?
Judge Crawford specifically ordered for Dr. Williamson not to do any counseling and to recommend someone else. Jeffrey Williamson testified he ‘chose to do it himself’. However, Judge Maxwell already found the kidnapper, Yvonne Howard, was paying him cash and credit. Why was he not held in contempt of court?

Previously Judge Moxley stated to the Orlando Sentinel he could not be all knowing in the law and that was his excuse for Allysa Blanton’s death. However, What is his excuse now? When he did know?

Above you see the certified copy of the cover sheet for purposes of an illegal adoption signed by Scarlett Davidson and below you will see Scarlett Davidson telling the Florida Bar it does not exist. The response below Judge Moxley stated on record ‘I’m not noticing anything from the Florida bar’, in a review for adoption purposes.
Let us point out 2 facts on the face of the document above. First, Scarlett Davidson claimed she only wanted temporary custody and no one was attempting to ‘adopt’ the child but, the cover sheet clearly shows it was for a chapter 63 adoption. This means she lied to the Florida bar. Second, Attorney Shari Wilson’s complaint was separate and this shows collusion.
Let us again take a look at Judge Moxley as he claims he didnt have to hear this which was set 2 months prior due to him terminating parental rights. Apparently crimes are OK in Judge Moxley’s courtroom as victims have no redress if he terminates your parental rights which equates acts under color of law. Parental rights have nothing to do with people committing perjury and fabricating evidence. Furthermore, terminating parental rights have no effect on witness tampering and fraud.

Apparently since, Major Walters stated there was no report to investigate and that he had no knowledge until now. However it was discovered officers not only took a report that stated facts already found as fact by a judge but they closed the case before sending it to be investigated. A powerful Republican senator called for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the scandal surrounding the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups for extra scrutiny. “I think it’s too soon. President Obama and Co. are in full deniability mode, noting that the IRS is an “independent” agency and that they knew nothing about its abuse. The media and Congress are sleuthing for some hint that Mr. Obama picked up the phone and sicced the tax dogs on his enemies. ~WSJ

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Sunday said the IRS scandal is threatening President Obama’s ability to lead the country. Paul, appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” said that the IRS and other recent controversies “really takes away from the president’s moral authority to lead the nation.” ~The Hill

How deep does the this scandal go? The IRS singled out groups and individuals who wanted to ‘make America a better place’. Now it would appear the IRS has been singled out for this gross misuse of power but, what else do revenue offices have lingering in their closet of skeletons?

On January 6, 2005 an article was printed ondrugfree.org under the term join together. Under a new law that took effect Jan. 1 inTennessee, drug dealers will be required to pay excise taxes on illegal substances, including marijuana, cocaine, moonshine, and unlawfully obtained prescription painkillers, the Elizabethton Star reported Jan. 2.

The Tennessee law reportedly was modeled after a 14-year-old law in North Carolina, under which the state had collected $83 million since its inception at that time. At least 22 other states tax illegal drugs and according to the Tennessee Department of Revenue, a 10-person tax agency was created to collect the tax from drug dealers who go to any of the state revenue offices within 48 hours of coming into possession of illegal drugs. When the dealers pay the tax, they receive a stamp to show the tax has been paid. The dealer is not required to provide any identifying information. In addition, it is said that state tax collectors were prohibited by privacy laws from reporting drug dealers to police. This ‘stamp of approval’ appears to put them in a light of violating title 18 section 3 of the United States Code.

Monies collected from the tax will go to the law-enforcement agency making the drug bust, as well as the state’s general fund.

What is wrong with this picture? Bribery is an act of giving money or gift giving that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty. As noted above the tax monies go to local government and law enforcement agencies while no one reports the illegal activities.

Title 18 USC § 3 states: an accessory after the fact is whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

It appears in Linden Tennessee Mandy C. Deprato and Sonya Deprato have used Tennessee state assistance to purchase drugs from a local drug dealer. A powerful Republican senator called for the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the scandal surrounding the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups for extra scrutiny. “I think it’s too soon. I don’t think there’s enough evidence to warrant a special prosecutor,” said Baucus, who is leading an investigation into the IRS’ conduct as chairman of the Senate Finance Committee. ~The Daily Caller – 27 May 2013

President Obama and Co. are in full deniability mode, noting that the IRS is an “independent” agency and that they knew nothing about its abuse. The media and Congress are sleuthing for some hint that Mr. Obama picked up the phone and sicced the tax dogs on his enemies. ~WSJ

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Sunday said the IRS scandal is threatening President Obama’s ability to lead the country. Paul, appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” said that the IRS and other recent controversies “really takes away from the president’s moral authority to lead the nation.” ~The Hill

How deep does the this scandal go? The IRS singled out groups and individuals who wanted to ‘make America a better place’. Now it would appear the IRS has been singled out for this gross misuse of power but, what else do revenue offices have lingering in their closet of skeletons?

On January 6, 2005 an article was printed ondrugfree.org under the term join together. Under a new law that took effect Jan. 1 inTennessee, drug dealers will be required to pay excise taxes on illegal substances, including marijuana, cocaine, moonshine, and unlawfully obtained prescription painkillers, the Elizabethton Star reported Jan. 2.

The Tennessee law reportedly was modeled after a 14-year-old law in North Carolina, under which the state had collected $83 million since its inception at that time. At least 22 other states tax illegal drugs and according to the Tennessee Department of Revenue, a 10-person tax agency was created to collect the tax from drug dealers who go to any of the state revenue offices within 48 hours of coming into possession of illegal drugs. When the dealers pay the tax, they receive a stamp to show the tax has been paid. The dealer is not required to provide any identifying information. In addition, it is said that state tax collectors were prohibited by privacy laws from reporting drug dealers to police. This ‘stamp of approval’ appears to put them in a light of violating title 18 section 3 of the United States Code.

Monies collected from the tax will go to the law-enforcement agency making the drug bust, as well as the state’s general fund.

What is wrong with this picture? Bribery is an act of giving money or gift giving that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty. As noted above the tax monies go to local government and law enforcement agencies while no one reports the illegal activities.

Title 18 USC § 3 states: an accessory after the fact is whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

A local father speaks out for children and families everywhere from Brevard County Florida. The current conditions of the system and its abuses of discretion appear appalling to say the least. When individuals improperly use the system for personal financial gain and kickbacks at the expense of children it is clear that the children suffer the most.

Previously the Government Accountability Office conducted a test with 5 states. The five states GAO tested lacked controls over child care assistance application and billing processes for unregulated relative providers, leaving the program vulnerable to fraud and abuse. Posing as fictitious parents and relative providers, GAO successfully billed for $11,702 in child care assistance for fictitious children and parents. In most cases, states approved GAO’s fictitious parents who used Social Security numbers of deceased individuals and claimed to work at nonexistent companies. One state also approved a fictitious child care provider with a deceased person’s Social Security number, creating the possibility that a criminal using a stolen identity could obtain federal subsidies to care for children.

So at this time it appears the funding fraud has moved from the fictitious and deceased to real live families and their children being destroyed and exploited. According to a study by the Government Accountability Office Funds authorized under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act make up the large majority of federal child welfare funds, but are designated for purposes such as providing room and board payments for children in foster care and subsidies to adoptive parents, and generally cannot be used for child welfare services. However, 14 states have waivers allowing them to use these funds more flexibly to improve child and family outcomes. Among GAO’s selected states, Florida had a waiver allowing it to use some Title IV-E funds for in-home services designed to prevent foster care placement.

Although these funds are supposed to be used to prevent children from being removed they are often removed while individuals pretend to provide those services. The average individual in an everyday family setting would not know who to turn to if their child were taken by simulated legal process. Furthermore, how can they compete when the other party has an unlimited supply of financial resources?

The federal government is a vast money transfer machine. It spends hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars each year on subsidy programs—from the massive Medicare to hundreds of more obscure programs that most people have never heard of. There are more than 1,800 federal subsidy programs.

With such a huge array of handouts, the federal budget has become victim to large-scale fraud and abuse—that is, people taking government benefits to which they are not entitled. Just about every subsidy program suffers from fraud and abuse. Losses to federal taxpayers from fraud,abuse, and other types of improper payments are in the ballpark of $100 billion a year or more. Here we can see that the dollars and cents are adding up quickly, being waged upon the backs of America’s youth.

This father had his child abducted by a grandmother who committed fraud and gained that funding through the simulated legal processes of her alleged accomplice Attorney Scarlett G. Davidson. A video was posted on youtube showing the finding of fact.

Although the child has military insurance the grandmother obtained medicaid to pay for psychotropic drugs for the child which were prescribed without any diagnosis. Florida Statute 39.407 specifically defines how the use of psychotropic drugs can be provided along with Florida Administrative codes 65E and 65C. However, the grandmother was able to obtain medicaid to pay for prescriptions without any diagnosis, parental consent or a judges order. The father has posted a video here.
